Director of Global Events

Impact tens of thousands of people around the world by planning events that catalyze deeper commitment and zeal for Jesus. The Director of Global Events oversees all events that host our speakers and establishes a schedule of events hosted by JMM that highlight our speakers and serve our audiences. They are responsible for building and leading a team of events professionals to support the expansion of events we expect over the next 3-5 years: annual JMM conference, multi-city event tours, and digital event offerings. Leads the global events team in strategic planning, creation, coordination and implementation of innovative, experiential events that engage audiences with breakthrough messages that lead to breakthrough moments.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Direct the Global Events area, taking an active role in strategic planning, initiation, implementation, decision-making, follow-up, budget creation, and performance measurement of staff.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for the Global Events area with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Shepherd the Global Events team towards team effectiveness and personal growth.
