Fills position of Operations Director for Global Strategies and Partnerships for all jobs initiated by the department; including tracking aspects of jobs such as publishing contracts both pending and or complete.  Contract follow-up in accordance with stated contract dates – ex: “published by X date” check to see if it has been published and request copies if we have not received.  Willing to travel, outgoing; meet with country leadership and publishers to develop relationships.  Initiate/develop follow-up processes to streamline effective publishing.  Willing to plan and oversee Josh McDowell Speaker’s International travel when needed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with current and future publishers we have projects.
  • Work on keeping up to date with JMM publishing projects as to what needs to be accomplished and by when for successful outreach – a win/win scenario that is beneficial to both JMM and publisher.

The Director of Global Events oversees all events that host our speakers and establishes a schedule of events hosted by JMM that highlight our speakers and serve our audiences. They are responsible for building and leading a team of events professionals to support the expansion of events we expect over the next 3-5 years: annual JMM conference, multi-city event tours, and digital event offerings. Leads the global events team in strategic planning, creation, coordination and implementation of innovative, experiential events that engage audiences with breakthrough messages that lead to breakthrough moments.

  • Direct the Global Events area, taking an active role in strategic planning, initiation, implementation, decision-making, follow-up, budget creation, and performance measurement of staff.

Primary Responsibilities

  • To serve Josh and his administrative team in the communication of the message which God has entrusted to Josh by carrying out a wide variety of administrative tasks and assignments which will allow Josh and the team to be as effective as possible. Be available anytime to assist Josh with what he needs accomplished.
  • Interact with the Josh and respond to messages as he directs.
  • Serve as liaison between Josh and JMM Office—as well as others Josh interacts with on a regular basis.
  • Be able to assist Josh in set up of iPhone and iPad and their function as needed.
  • Run errands for Josh especially to pick up printing and pick up and drop off packages
  • Help Josh with his work files.
  • Help with shipping artifacts when needed. Taking care to document (pictures where possible) what artifacts are in which box associated with each FedEx label.
  • Keep Josh’s home printer functioning and stocked with paper and ink.
  • Organize and maintain Josh’s filing system both electronic and physical files.

To collaborate with the Senior Director of Speaker Team and Events in facilitating projects that support the ongoing work of JMM speakers. To travel with Josh and serve as his personal assistant.  To handle the details of traveling internationally, as well as to assist Josh with his ministry needs on the road, before, during and after trips. To assist Josh in a wide variety of ways so that Josh can focus on his strengths and not be distracted or diverted from accomplishing important ministry objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Be available anytime to assist Josh with whatever he needs accomplished while traveling.

Location: Remote

The JMM Mid-Level Partner Representative serves as an in-house ministry partner representative and provides donor and special project support to the Mid-Level Partner Program.  In this position the Mid-Level Partner Representative will develop the financial resources needed to accomplish the unique role that the Josh McDowell Ministry plays in reaching the lost for Christ. This role will handle an assigned caseload of ministry partners. The Representative will minister to these donors and nurture these relationships and in this process explain JMM’s mission, vision, and specific ministry opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Communicate regularly with entire caseload by phone, regular mail, social media, and email.
  • Challenge ministry partners to greater levels of financial involvement.
  • Thank ministry partners for their partnership and informing them of how their partnership is making a difference.
  • Encourage ministry partner involvement in vision trips, volunteer work, briefings, and events of Josh McDowell Ministry.

Under direction of the Digital Strategies Director, this role plans and performs a wide variety of project management and administrative duties to serve the fast-paced Digital Products & Services Department.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Administrative Assistant to US Digital Strategy Director, relieving her of a variety of technical and administrative duties; assist others as directed.
  • Maintain budget balances; execute and monitor expenditures of funds, including reimbursements. Maintain an integrated filing system for all email files, electronic files stored on computers, and all related paper files, media, archives, etc.
  • Participate in meetings and committees as assigned; take notes as applicable, including proper handling of material of a confidential nature.
  • Disseminate information and schedules to staff as necessary to assure effective coordination of department or program functions; provide information in accordance with internal policies and procedures protecting confidentiality.
