Note from Josh: God Gives Us Strength

Are you ready for Covid to be over? Me, too! God give us strength!

We all want to get back to business as usual, right? Perhaps to hop on a plane, to revive a stalled hobby or business, or to rejoin beloved friends and family. I’m grateful that we’ve had josh.org to stay connected with you. We need to uplift and encourage one another. God’s got this!

How can my staff and I encourage you right now?
  • *I invite you to submit prayer requests to us, 24/7. It’s an honor to pray for you.
  • *I invite you to deepen your personal relationship with Jesus. It is in Jesus that we gain strength, reassurance, and courage during difficult times.
  • *I invite you to be encouraged by our Resolution Movement if depression, anxiety, grief, or loneliness is making your life feel hard, or if you’re struggling with pornography. These issues have risen dramatically over the last year.
In one way or another, Covid has been oppressive for everyone. But we know that God is not surprised by the pandemic fallout. We also know that He’s using it for His purposes and ultimately for our good, as His Word promises, because of His great love for us.

Where did Jesus turn when He needed comfort? To both God and His friends. Jesus modeled community because He knows we need it.

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38

We’re here for you. Be encouraged!

Josh D. McDowell
